During this wonderful evening at the Beverly Wilshire in Los Angeles; Master of Ceremonies Dean Yannis Yortos presented awards to: Andrew Liveris: CEO of Dow chemical, Dr. Sultan Amed Al Jaber: UAE Minister of State, and Feng Deng Co-Founder of Northern Light Ventures for their vast contributions to society as engineers. The leadership, entrepreneurship, and vision of these men has not only been shining examples for USC engineering, their accomplishments have made our world a better place for many. These types of advances in engineering are at the forefront as the worlds population rises and resources are diminished.
