In response to ACT’s press release regarding the purchase of Rinchem’s environmental business, PR Newswire displayed ACT’s logo, recent professional awards and press release title in Times Square, New York City. Here is the press release: "Advanced Chemical Transport Inc. (ACT) of California has entered into a purchase agreement with Rinchem Inc of New Mexico to acquire its environmental services operations. Upon closure of this acquisition ACT will gain full access to its own fully permitted TSDF in New Mexico as well as 3 other facilities in the Southwest and Mexico. The divestiture will allow Rinchem Inc to focus on its primary business line of premier chemical handling solutions. ACT will use its specialized Hazardous Waste expertise to grow the existing Rinchem environmental service operations. ACT’s President and CEO Walter H. Singer states “This is an incredible opportunity for ACT. It is rare to find a firm that matches ACT’s commitment to quality, customer service, the environment and its employees. Rinchem’s operations will blend seamlessly with our current operations. We are proud to have such a talented and highly committed staff joining the ACT family. Having access to a TSDF with the compliance record and operational standards of ISO quality will present great opportunities for ACT to better serve its clients.
