Need a HazWaste Awareness / DOT for Manifest Certification? Come to One of Our Free Trainings!

Sacramento-Training-Collage ACTenviro’s brand-new Sacramento branch hosted its first training this week. James Kapin, the head of our consulting group, taught 20 clients and potential future clients the ins and outs of hazardous waste awareness. The course satisfies training requirements for hazardous waste handlers (22 CCR 66265.16) as well as DOT “function-specific” training requirements (49 CFR 172.704) for signing hazardous materials shipping papers (such as a hazardous waste manifest or medical waste tracking document). One of our Sacramento account managers, Jeff Freitas, had a client describe it as “the best manifest training I’ve ever been through.” As with all of our free trainings, we provided lunch, too. If you generate or manage hazardous waste, reach out to us to hear details on upcoming sessions. We have trainings coming up in both San Jose and California’s Central Valley in the next three months. We hope to see you at one of our events soon!
