ACT is the highest-ranked environmental services company on the list. We at ACT consider this honor especially noteworthy because the recognition is based on women’s own assessments of the quality and fairness of our workplace. As evidence by ACT’s survey results, 98% of our employees take a great sense of pride in their work, and 98% report that they are able to take time off from work when they think it’s necessary. Scores also took into account how well-represented women are within the workforce, management and executive positions; how positively women experience their workplace's fairness; and how favorable women's experiences are compared to the 138,000 men also surveyed.
