At ACT Environmental Services, no group of employees is more important to what we do than our drivers. With that in mind, we’re implementing an ACT Driver of the Quarter Award to show these hard-working men and women how much they’re appreciated. This presents an opportunity for Senior Management and fellow drivers to recognize the amazing effort our drivers put forth each and every day on the job, and how well they represent our company. Here is how the selection process works: at the end of the quarter, every driver at each of our branches will get to nominate a driver that projects the hard work, professionalism and courtesy of ACT Environmental Services. The driver with the most votes in that location will then be entered into a pool with the others nominees. Our Transportation Manager, Russ Cowperthwaite, will head up an executive team that will apply criteria on a number of metrics – including safety, first and foremost - to determine the quarterly honoree. The inaugural recipient of the award is Ramsin Setpanpour, who is based out of our Sunnyvale office. Russ was happy to give Ramsin a token of our gratitude on behalf of all of ACT.
