BRADY Federal Services Joins ACT Environmental Services

ACT-BradyLogo ACT Environmental Services has reached an agreement to acquire the Federal Services Division of Richard Brady & Associates. “We made a strategic decision to divest the Federal Services portion of our business to better align our investments and activities with BRADY’s core business, which is the engineering and design of world-class water-related projects,” stated Rick Brady, President and CEO of Richard Brady & Associates. Brady continued, “ACT proved to be a great option, allowing growth opportunities for our Federal team, while enabling us to continue to work together with these tremendously talented professionals.” Included in the acquisition were BRADY’s Environmental Engineering, Remediation and Construction operations and related assets. “We are excited about working closely with the new members of our team, and equally excited about exploring opportunities of mutual interest to ACT and BRADY,” said Mark Owens, President of ACT’s Federal Services Division. “We will maintain offices at BRADY’s headquarters in San Diego, enabling our newest employees to remain focused on their important work for our Federal clients.” ACT’s President and CEO, Walter H. Singer, stated, “I was very impressed with the Federal team at BRADY. Like ACT, they share a tremendous respect for clients, and each other. They are a great addition to the ACT family. The integration of these two groups will generate many new opportunities and allow us to continue to provide our unmatched level of service to existing and new clients alike.” About ACT Environmental Services ACT provides a wide array of Environmental Services, including but not limited to: hazardous waste management, transportation, treatment and disposal; environmental engineering and consulting; and remediation and construction.
