ACT participated in DEA’s “National Drug Take Back Day”!

On April 28, 2012 Advanced Chemical Transport participated in The DEA’s “Prescription Drug Take Back Day” with local law enforcement agencies and UC Merced Hospital. Brian Trefault the G.M. for ACT Merced volunteered their services and expertise to properly package, transport, and disposal of prescription medicines and “sharps” used/unused syringes. Local law enforcement agents were quoted as saying “ACT’s willingness to partner with the UC Merced Police Department during this event reflects positively on you and your company’s commitment to public service and to the citizens of Merced County.
