ACT named one of the 10 Best Places to Work in industry-wide poll!
ACT has been voted one of the 10 best places to work in the first-ever national poll by Waste Recycling News! Waste Recycling News (WRN) is one of the premier journals of our industry and we are proud and thrilled to have gained this honor. WRN polled over 100 companies nationwide to determine the winners and, based on our employee feedback, we’re one of the 10 best places to work in the US! To be considered for this survey ACT had to participate in a two-part process; an internal evaluation, and a company wide survey of all 190 employees across the U.S. In the first portion of the survey, WRN conducted a thorough HR evaluation, looking at our company philosophy, workplace policies, demographics, and personnel practices. The second part consisted of a nation-wide survey to measure our employee’s experience and overall satisfaction. "We’ve always known that we have one of the best pools of employees in the industry, and now we know that the feeling is mutual! As the CEO I would like to thank each and every one of you, and promise that we’ll keep doing our best to keep ACT one of the best places to work in the country." - Walt Singer, ACT's president.
