ACT named as one of San Diego’s 50 Best Places to Work San Diego Business Journal

ACT named as one of the San Diego Business Journal’s "2009 San Diego's 50 Best Places to Work." Companies on the list excel at fostering a positive work environment, along with attracting and retaining employees by promoting a unique corporate culture. To determine the best places to work, participating employers are required to detail company policies, practices, benefits and demographics. The employees are then surveyed to measure workplace satisfaction. Employees anonymously give feedback on topics ranging from leadership and planning, culture and communications, role satisfaction, working environment, relationship with supervisor, training and development, pay and benefits, and overall satisfaction.
