Bruckner Truck Sales interviewed Shawn Moudy, the General Manager of our Albuquerque branch, and Pasquale Paduano, the Director of Operations for the HQ, and was quickly able to see that our company culture is centered around customer service at the highest level. Bruckner’s is our main supplier of trucks in the Albuquerque region because they also provide great customer service! So it was with a measure of pride Bruckner’s made it clear that, as a company, we have the same focus. Pasquale was quoted as saying, “We do have a strong company culture and that allows us to stay focused on what we do.” And Shawn noted that he was sure that his move to Albuquerque would “help the customers that we serve.” This made it clear to the Brukner team, and the Albuquerque community that ACT is there to make a difference. Bruckner’s is a strategic partner in helping us do exactly that. Their service and support enables us to maintain our high level of service to all of our clients in the New Mexico region.
